Wonga Beach School is a modern, innovative and well resourced 'small' school with an enrolment of approximately 135 students [in classes from Prep to Year 7] and a commitment to excellence - in our teaching, in our students and in our programs. Our focus on improvement will see us concentrate on 3 areas in 2012 - explicit instruction, the the use of data to make instructional decisions, and the introduction of the Australian Curriculum. Alongside this is our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
Thanks to our wonderful P&C who have committed to purchasing a new sound system for the school - our concert this year will sound amazing and our children will love using it on parade each week.
